A building project is a complicated process that involves the scheduling and coordination of many different sub trades, material acquisition, equipment procurement, the understanding of building codes and zoning regulations, and working within budget limitations. This is what a building contractor does.

As a general contractor, Builders By Design oversees the day-to-day oversight of the construction site, management of the various stages and trades involved, and communication with the customer during the project. We coordinate all work done during the construction project.
