Safety is Top Priority

We have long-lasting relationships with our employees, subcontractors, & vendors. Because those relationships have high value to us, safety is not a slogan, but is a culture within Builders by Design. Having an excellent safety record is more than just following laws, rules, and procedures, which we do, but it is also about regard for each other with everything we do.

Safety Rules & Regulations

Builders by Design is committed to keeping all our employees and job sites a safe place by having:

  • Weekly Safety Meetings & Toolbox Talks
  • PPE Requirements – Hard Hats, Footwear, Hearing Protection, Fall Protection, Eye protection
  • OSHA safety standards are enforced
  • First Aid Supplies onsite
  • Fire Extinguishers
  • Eye Wash Stations
  • Proper Fall protection and fall protection procedures will be strictly enforced
